I’m a business consultant in Queens, NYC and forever loyal to Hong Kong.My current area of focus is the solidarity economy and the development of worker cooperatives.

I take on selective freelance work for community based orgs, artists, mutual aid groups, and if you pique my interest sufficiently. The work has to matter to me as much as it does to those I lend my time to.

I am currently Senior Cooperative Business Consultant at the ICA Group, the oldest national organization dedicated to worker cooperatives. Chances are, if you’re a worker co-op in the US, you probably are using our model by-laws.

Finally landing me in worker ownership. Why? Because what connects us all is work. And so what better way to change the structure of our lives by creating and funding jobs that are worth owning?

There are a couple of mega multinationals that I’ve worked with in the past. I’ll be transparent about who they are, and what I learned from them. Going forward, I hope my work can contribute to stopping corporate control by building worker power, attending to climate justice, and dismantling white supremacy.
